CURLEWS IN CAERSWS, MID WALES

MOSAIC WORKSHOP ON THURSDAY 24 APRIL, 10-12.30 AND 2-4.30 AT MID WALES ARTS CENTRE, NEAR NEWTOWN

I’m delighted that three of my pieces of art featuring the Curlew have been selected for the exhibition at Mid Wales Arts Centre, The Plight Of The Curlew, running until Sunday 11 May 2025.

Beautiful mosaic Christmas decorations are available through my website or from art centres in Powys, Mid Wales including Wyeside Arts Centre, Builth Wells, Erwood Station Art & Craft Centre, near Builth Wells and Mid Wales Arts Centre, Caersws, near Newtown.

There are two more places available on this workshop this Sunday.  It runs from 10am to 4pm. 

I am delighted that I will be returning to Mid Wales Arts Centre to run two mosaic workshops this autumn and Christmas.

The Wyeside Art Group at the art centre is a recently formed group of artists working in a range of different media, including painters, print-makers, mosaics, wood and glass.

It was another very enjoyable day with a lovely group of students really focused and engaged in creating a small flower pot with their own mosaic design.

SAVE THE CURLEW IN MID WALES

ARTISTS ARE STEPPING FORWARD TO HELP PROTECT GLASLYN AND HAFREN NATURE RESERVES.

Glaslyn and Hafren are two beautiful nature reserves between Llanidloes and Machynlleth in Mid Wales.

It was a really enjoyable day with a lovely small group of students really focused and engaged in creating a tile with their own mosaic design.

I AM EXCITED TO HAVE HAD A PAINTING ACCEPTED FOR INCLUSION IN ORIEL CRIC’S OPEN ART EXHIBITION

I am currently exhibiting mosaics at the Mid Wales Arts Centre near Newtown, Powys. I have wall decorations, vases, flowerpots on display and for sale and small mosaic gifts in the shop.

I have a new range of upcycled old terracotta, stone and resin flower pots and vases for sale.
